Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Data Analyst with 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, visualization, and business intelligence. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in extracting insights from data, building dashboards, and enabling data-driven decision-making for business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data to support business strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and business stakeholders, to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
- Implement A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis to drive business improvements.
- Present insights and findings to business teams in a clear and actionable manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to convey insights effectively.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing.
- Understanding of machine learning concepts and predictive analytics.
- Knowledge of big data tools such as Spark, Databricks, or Hadoop.
- Exposure to automation tools and scripting for data workflows.
